The vision of the organization, in order to create a bridge of friendship between Turkey and Afghanistan introducing the culture of the Hazara, mainly in Turkey and all over the world.

Association helps the legal and social needs of people displaced due to their religion, language, race, ethnic origin, social group and political views. It works to create a sustainable awareness about refugees and disadvantaged groups in social areas and society. It deals with the right to life of refugees, immigrant children, immigrant women and elderly people, as they are at risk. It cooperates with local and foreign non-governmental organisations to provide fast and effective assistance to more refugees and to create permanent solutions. It uses areas of resources to help vulnerable people. Areas such as health, education and legal advice (shelter, financial support, etc.)  Association also encourage solidarity between ethnic Hazara students born in Turkey and provide unity and solidarity among Hazara people living in different regions. It also ensures the protection of all legal rights of asylum seekers and disadvantaged groups and their access to fundamental rights and services.
