Şefkat-Der is a non-governmental organization established for the homeless, women that are victims of violence, sexually abused women, children, youth and refugees struggling to survive on the streets. Refugees, homeless and vulnerable people in Istanbul are accepted by the association. Daily food distribution and needs are also met. In addition to these, it has continuous efforts to create public opinion by directing state institutions in a solution-oriented manner. In Şefkat-Der Konya, there are centres for homeless women, homeless men and stray animals in need of care.
