Support to Life Association is a humanitarian relief Association. Its aim is to provide access to the basic rights and needs of people who are affected by natural or human made disasters. Its foundations are laid in 2005. It conducts its work in immediate aid, refugee support, child protection in seasonal agriculture, and capacity development in civil society fields. With Refugee Support program, Support to Life Association aims to provide access fundamental rights and needs for Syrian Refugees since 2012. In projects carried out in coordination with relevant stakeholders, it is aimed to support the life of the most vulnerable segment of the population under temporary protection. Apart from the Refugee Support Program, Support to Life conducts emergency aid operations after humanitarian crises by providing in-kind and cash aid to communities affected by disasters. In this context, it is aimed to meet the basic needs of food and non-food, to provide cash assistance, to improve housing conditions, as well as to meet water, sanitation and hygiene needs. Under the topic of child protection in seasonal agriculture, Support to Life fights against child labour in Turkey within the scope of the child labour problem, conducts activities for employees and children at operational risk. In this regard, it particularly focuses on the children of seasonal agricultural worker families. Improving the living conditions of children, raising the awareness of families and employers on the harms of child labour constitute the primary targets in seasonal agricultural fields. Considering a participatory, inclusive and coordinated local civil society fabric as the cornerstone of successful and sustainable humanitarian aid, Support to Life conducts efforts to strengthen civil society for an effective humanitarian aid and disaster-fighting strategy. In these activities, by creating effective coordination networks among non-governmental organizations, information flow, expertise and resource sharing on a collective basis; Priority is given to developing communication and coordination capacities.
